OC: Theta

Blegh...crappy shadow technique. 
I'll get better at it soon, I hope. It was tutorial-less and rushed, so those two aspects won't be there next time.

Anyways, this is my newest addition to my OC's, a Gardevoir named Theta, or  'No. 11811', as he's been known as, due to the tattooed numbers on his left hand, under his bandages.
Paranoid, schizophrenic and confused, Theta's always on the run, escaping from 'them', who are still unknown.
