Anyways, this one actually has a story behind it, at least to me. My sisters will never give me back my stuff or the stuff I ask to get. It's irritating, but it makes for a good inspiration.
I was trying to do that anime effect on Latios with a darkened face and all, but I didn't pull it off that well. It looks nice, though... And Latias' tongue is perfect. And super cute.
I don't really know.
